I am from a small town in Canada, I lived in Norway for a year and travelled all around Europe. Once I moved back I became a Technical Writer for a manufacturing company. I spent five years there before I moved on to an Insurance company to manage the savings programs for the employees. I now work full time with that company while taking university part time to get my Bachelor of Buisness Administration.

I am passionate about my son, my career as a HR professional, soccer, travelling, and learning.

I fell in love with TED when I heard Amy Cuddy - your body language shapes who you are. I used her techniques and they worked!

I used to play trumpet and I was lead singer in a musical for high school.
