Bio
I have spent the last 20 years working with some of the greatest organizations in the world on programs designed to unlock the potential of their talent. I practice in the bay area, get to work with the best and brightest companies and colleagues, think about the future of work, and learn new things every day.
I lead WTW’s Talent Management practice in Silicon Valley and serve as the North America lead for WTW’s Future of Work offering. Over the course of my career, I have been privileged to partner with 200+ clients across many industries, including oil and gas, pharmaceutical, financial services/fintech, high tech, and consumer products.
