Bio
I was born in Spokane Washington and adopted at 9 days old. I have never met anyone from my biological family. I grew up in Kennewick Washington on a 36 acre farm and was on a horse by age 2. I love all animals and have had many cats, dogs, rabbits, chickens, pigs even a ferret and a pet skunk. I went on to graduate from Washington State University with a political science degree and studied for the LSAT exam before realizing my dream to become a fashion designer. I moved to San Francisco to attend design school for 2 years before landing in Los Angeles to pursue my career. I eventually founded Black Halo downtown in the Arts District with my husband Sean Pattison, where we make women's contemporary apparel to this day. You can find our dresses, jumpsuits and separates in Saks Fifth Ave, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, over 300 boutiques world wide and even here in the La Quinta Club and Resort gift shop, please come by and take a peek.
