Bio
As a high tech professional, Diane drives big, bold changes. She has worked at Intuit, Apple, Oracle and Sun Microsystems. As a board member and leader of the fundraising and revenue for Bay Area Glass Institute, an arts non profit, she has driven growth and prosperity for the organization.
At Intuit, as Director of Transformation, she is a leader in the Office of the President reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer and Chief of Staff. She accelerates Intuit’s velocity by leading transformational change, building capability, and driving transparency and accountability for the most impactful company-wide priorities. She uses creative problem solving, executional rigor, and deep empathy in partnering with stakeholders across the company. Additionally, she drives strategic alignment, capability building, and behavior change through award programs and learning events ( Innovation Awards, Leadership awards, and our leadership conference). Changes she has helped design & operationalize at Intuit include our new hiring process (A4A), our Intuit wide technology planning (strategic capabilities & services), and our Intuit brand.
At Bay Area Glass Institute (BAGI), as a board member and head of the fundraising committee, she helped build the business to run at a revenue positive position and raised $850,000 for funding a new building. BAGI is the only public access glass-working facility in Santa Clara County that has fully functional glassblowing, fusing, and torch working studios. BAGI offer hands-on glass experiences that educate and inspire Silicon Valley residents and corporate employees through creative expression.
