Bio
I am a communicator and every time they ask me what I do I say that my purpose is to help people and organizations to communicate better to achieve their goals.
I started 20 years ago in the legislative press and as a volunteer in an NGO. I went through an Italian graphic magazine, an electoral campaign and later I created and developed the communication area of a company that became multinational with 6000 employees.
Today I work with people and organizations that seek to develop by enhancing their communication. As I continue to write my first book, I give talks on Communication and Personal Branding. I am married to Noe and I have two children: Francesco and Gemma.
I'm passionate about
I am passionate about the idea of helping people change their lives by improving the way they communicate with others. I am passionate about writing and reading. I read between 5 and 6 physical books a year. I am passionate about working with wood, I have furniture in my house built by me. I am passionate about working at home, where I share day by day with my wife and children.
An idea worth spreading
For a few years I have been very involved in the education of my children. We have decided on an education based on alternative pedagogies to official education. Waldorf and Montessori are our favorites. This year (2020) together with eight other families we built a school based on Montessori pedagogy. This experience and how difficult it is to sustain it over time, mainly due to the economic factor, leads us to think that it is increasingly necessary for the government to support these new forms of education, which are equally valuable and nutritious as the official one. That is our next step.

The TED story
My history with TED is very short. I have never been to a TED talk, I have always felt like it. But a few years ago, I think I saw a TED presentation by Nick Vujicic and I was passionate about the format. I didn't know TED until then and I always thought I would like to be sharing on that stage. However, from a less selfish point of view, I discovered that if I couldn't get on stage, I could get others to do it and share engaging and motivating stories. I'm on that path right now.
Things you might not know
People don't know what I like and I'm good at working with wood. Just some very close friends, who come home more often. Many also do not know that I am writing a book on how to start working from home, sharing 100% of the time with wife and children. Most do not know that we are creating a school with Montessori pedagogy, something that caught us as a family for a few years.
