Over the years, the financial and product knowledge gained has allowed her to step into a team leader and leadership role to steer marketing and business decisions for these banks. In the last few years, Michelle was trained as a Scrum Master, 360 Insights Leadership and workplace mindfullness. She has also been voted as one of the top forty marketers in the region, spoken at various conferences, judged at digital/PR awards and written opinion editorial for future trends in financial marketing. Her interest and commitment to fitness has transformed her approach to healthy living and being a good role model for her two sons and husband. Michelle has a Masters in Marketing from Monash University, Australia and currently resides in Hong Kong.
