I'm a working professional in the mental health field living in SLC, Utah. I love the outdoors, whether it is hiking in the summer or snowboarding in the winter! I've been involved with TEDx since my Highschool days (TEDxEastBrunswickHighSchool) and most recently led the TEDx program at Carnegie Mellon University (2016-2020). I'm passionate about spreading knowledge. I love hearing about different perspectives and ideas to learn as it gives me a better idea of the entire situation. I love TEDx for this as we get to spread life lessons and different perspectives on topics that some people may not already know about.

An idea I believe is worth spreading is the understanding of Human worth. In today's world, people stress over getting the best grades, the best jobs, highest salaries, and in general being the best person-- however, they fail to realize just how far up we already are. In comparison to the whole Animal Kingdom, humans are at the top. We must remember that we already are worth a lot by just being human.

I'm decent at Billiards. I took this as one of main hobbies when starting college.
